"Spectacular Customer Service ! I was told by another chimney cleaning company that I would have to have the entire inside of my fireplace redone before using it. I am thrilled I called The Chimney Sweep in Tyler, Texas for a second opinion !! Fireplace does NOT need any work !!! And they took the time to inspect the entire fireplace and make recommendations how to clean and make the inside of the fireplace look like a welcome addition to my home !! Also, shared valuable insight on not painting the brick around the fireplace for safety reason ! Exciting to hear it is a well operated family business. Son and grandson did the work for my fireplace. Thrilled to know The Chimney Sweep in Tyler, Texas will continue for another two generations. Superb Work !! "
