"You are not going to find a better chimney service in east Texas. The people at The Chimney Sweep go above and beyond in their service. Roger and Marcus were the two gentlemen who serviced my home. They were extremely personable and professional during their visit. They came on a Friday, and I was so excited to have the fireplace functional for my family and me for the weekend. However, when I lit a fire that night, smoke started entering inside the house...not good. I called Marcus, and to my surprise, he answered on the first ring. I was calling about 8pm on a Friday night... there are not very many businesses that will go out of their way, after hours, on a weekend especially. However, Marcus did just that. He informed me that is somewhat normal, if a fireplace hasn't been used in a while. I followed the steps he gave me over the phone, and we were good as new. My family got enjoy the nice fire during that cold weekend. THANK YOU MARCUS AND ROGER, y'all are AWESOME!!"

"Marcus and his helper made my gas log fireplace look almost like new. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Marcus didn’t mind my asking questions and gave me good advice and how-tos. I won’t have to worry about burning my house down now that I know it’s inspected and cleaned! Thanks, guys!! I will be calling y’all again next year for sure. I felt like they charged a fair price for the excellent service i received. And I highly recommend The Chimney Sweep for all your fireplace cleaning needs."
