Thc Chimney Sweep

"Im im Marcus Swinney i am the son of Robert Swinney who is The Chimney Sweep I have a hard time wearing a mask because I have asthma. It makes it hard for me to breathe. Im searching for a mask i can possibly wear. But know worries if you need us to wear a mask, my son can do the inside work and I can do the outside work. Please know that we are doing all we can to please each and every customer. But you can't please everyone. No hard feelings at the ones that get mad at me for not being able to wear a mask. Each customer that asks us to wear a mask i tell them i can't but my son can. And they haven't had a problem. Well most haven't. Lol that being said. I love my job and i do take great pride in what i do and this company my dad has built up since 1975. Ok im done talking. Lol"

"Very good communications. I knew right when to expect their arrival. They quickly planned out and efficiently took care of what was needed. As usual, the dryer vent had a lot more buildup than the chimney. They made sure that my reasons for hiring a chimney sweep were resolved. Very easy to talk with. "Spectacular Customer Service ! I was told by another chimney cleaning company that I would have to have the entire inside of my fireplace redone before using it. I am thrilled I called The Chimney Sweep in Tyler, Texas for a second opinion !! Fireplace does NOT need any work !!! And they took the time to inspect the entire fireplace and make recommendations how to clean and make the inside of the fireplace look like a welcome addition to my home !! Also, shared valuable insight on not painting the brick around the fireplace for safety reason ! Exciting to hear it is a well operated family business. Son and grandson did the work for my fireplace. Thrilled to know The Chimney Sweep in Tyler, Texas will continue for another two generations. Superb Work !! "
