"This service company is as advertised. They cleaned my chimney in fall of 2016. We did not use the fire place very much that winter. A year later in 2017, I called The Chimney Sweep when we noticed smoke coming into the room where the fireplace was. They promptly came out and fixed the problem at no charge."
