"While visiting our Mother, we noticed we probably needed a chimney inspection, and most likely a new chimney cap and cleaning, etc. Marcus promptly answered our call, meeting our tight time frame. He arrived on time, provided the needed inspection and determined we did, in fact, need a new chimney cap and cleaning. Marcus arranged to have the cap custom made in a short period of time. The cap was installed and looks great. In all aspects, Marcus met our expectations. We are very pleased with his work. Nice people to work with, very friendly and professional. We certainly recommend The Chimney Sweep to anyone needing their services."

"You are not going to find a better chimney service in east Texas. The people at The Chimney Sweep go above and beyond in their service. Roger and Marcus were the two gentlemen who serviced my home. They were extremely personable and professional during their visit. They came on a Friday, and I was so excited to have the fireplace functional for my family and me for the weekend. However, when I lit a fire that night, smoke started entering inside the house...not good. I called Marcus, and to my surprise, he answered on the first ring. I was calling about 8pm on a Friday night... there are not very many businesses that will go out of their way, after hours, on a weekend especially. However, Marcus did just that. He informed me that is somewhat normal, if a fireplace hasn't been used in a while. I followed the steps he gave me over the phone, and we were good as new. My family got enjoy the nice fire during that cold weekend. THANK YOU MARCUS AND ROGER, y'all are AWESOME!!"
